This week we are bunching kale and broccoli rabe. We are also harvesting a bumper crop of caulilfower.

ROXBURY FARM
Roxbury Farm is a 350 acre community supported farm located in Kinderhook, NY. We raise vegetables, beef, pork, and lamb for our 1100 shareholders. We grow 45 acres of vegetables, 45 acres of green manure crops, and cut 150 acres of hay each season. Our steers, sheep and pigs are on 55 acres of permanent pasture. Eighty acres are dedicated to woods, wetland, streams, ponds, and farm buildings.
